When I think why we are doing this business? Is it only for money or profit? or is it just a traditional business like manufacturing any product and selling it at competitive rate? The answer is NO. But money is byproduct.
The main reasons of doing this business is -
1. Employment - By manufacturing one unit of automatic bike washing machine we creates job for Production Manager, Designer, Welder, Fitter, Helper, Purchase manager, Marketing Manager, Sales manager, Digital Marketer, Accountant, CA, all my vendors and their employees, Customer, customers supervisor, Customers machine operator, Customers marketing executive, his vendors and so onnnn. And finally me and my Co-Founder!!!
Is it creating happiness for you!! definitely it is rotation for money and happiness in every persons life in above circle of money.
When we are targeting 100 machines for production in this year then definitely it will create 1000 jobs in society. Then I can dream for generating 25k jobs in the next 5 years. When we will achieve this one we can say my bike wash succeeded in the business.
2. Water Saving - Our machine can save upto 90% of water when compared with manual washing centers. This will create huge impact on the earth. when we go in the dry areas of country then it feels thet we are doing a good job. Peoples are dying for water, animals are troubling for water, government is investing million crores of money for water on different projects, PAANI foundation, NAAM foundation are running peoples movement for only water. With all this scenario I will say we are doing the best job and feel proud to be an engineer.
3. Time Saving - We always say time is money. Then time saving is definitely a money saving activity. But in our case we are generating revenue by saving money. How and why is answered by our franchisee model of business.
4. Electricity Saving - As we are doing automation in our product by controlling each activity of machine we consume very less electricity compared with manual washing centers. As per our calculations we are saving 50% of electricity. Then again its related to nature. We are saving nature.
