Startup Leadership Programme - Pune 2017-18
It was a wonderful day since a long time. Hope I will call this as one of more turning point in my life. Yes, I joined #SLP today. Again my sense of humor proved that my most decisions are correct.
Today I started my day while preparing my storytelling PPT at 7 AM in the morning. Our SLP leader informed us to make a PPT for 3 minutes. Upto last night I was only preparing my storytelling in my mind. But it was not sufficient for SLP. So finally I opened mail from SLP leader and tried to answer the questions given in it. Within half an hour I sent it to them.
Introduction was nice and the best thing was to remember the names of all 25 members with their imaginary book name!!! "Vijaypath" - by Vijay Kakade was the most easy name remembered by all fellows. But the 3d printer guy from Akole won the hearts of all us by telling almost all names. Salute dear friend!!
E-Journey session was fantastic. I have seen a lot of ##creativity, #innovativeideas, #imagination, #skills, #knowledge and feel of personal life of everybody. And I think, from this session we all get brief introduced with each other deeply.
After lunch there was a great session of Mr. Bharat Daga of BNI. Nice communication skill, amazing energy and networking knowledge of Mr Bharat Sir makes us fulfill at the End of Day.
The takeaways of this day may be -
1. 90% startup fails due to lack of marketing and finance knowledge.
2. Networking is required for building relationships. And time should be invested to build it.
3. Aggregators are most importants. (Networking and Collaboration).
4.Why Networking is required? - 1. For business (ideas & scale up, Business growth) 2. Personal (Growth, New ideas 7 people) 3. Social (Friends, growing influence)
5. A mile of network requires similar depth.
6. To go on top, your roots of network should be strong.
7. if you want to be succeed, make people to succeed.
8. Most amazing 25+ friends with same number of startups!!!.
